Our work covers the reinforcing steel in reinforced concrete, from the first placing drawing to the last revised schedule.

Rebar placing drawings prepared from the structural design, showing bar sizes, spacing, laps and locations for each element.

A check of reinforcement drawings prepared by others against the structural drawings and project specifications, returned with marked-up comments.

Preparation and review of rebar specifications covering grades, sizes, cover, laps and splices, as set by the project’s designer.

Bar bending schedules
Schedules that list each bar by mark, size, shape, cut length, dimensions and quantity, organised so a fabricator can cut, bend and bundle from them.

Rebar quantities
Quantity take-offs by bar size and structural element for estimating, ordering and tracking steel on the job.

Coordination
A single point between designer, fabricator and contractor for questions, revisions and clashes, so the steel that is bent matches the steel that was designed.
